Dawn specializes in helping her clients realize their dreams and provides solutions to help her clients protect what matters to them most.
In Dawn's free time you can catch her and her husband out in the west country either camping, golfing, or kayaking.

A long-time resident of Rocky Mountain House, Amy was raised in town and graduated from West Central High School in 2011. Amy spent 10 years working on and off in the disability services field. In 2021, she decided it was time for a career change, which brought her to Co-operators. Amy currently specializes in home and farm insurance.
In Amy’s free time you can find her out west in the mountains, or spending time with friends, family and her beloved dog, Gibson. Amy likes to keep busy and is also a part of our local volunteer search and rescue group.

Cassy Hermiston
Client Support Representative
Cassy joined Co-operators in July of 2022 bringing to our team her excellent communication skills and bright sunny attitude. Cassy lives near Leslieville on an acreage with her husband, Justin, and daughter. Cassy loves being a mom and you can find her cheering her daughter on at her cheer competitions and baseball games. Cassy is our first point of contact in our agency where she will greet you with a big smile. Cassy is working towards obtaining her Level 1 General Insurance Licence.

Dana Houston
Associate Insurance Advisor I
Dana and her husband, Cam, along with their fur babies, moved to Rocky Mountain House in 2019 in search for adventures. Leaving behind a 15-year career in health care and her own care-giving service, they set out to look for a piece of land that spoke to them. They didn’t get too far before they found the magic of the eastern slopes.
Dana joined the Co-operators team in Rocky Mountain House in 2020 as a Client Support Representative, she recently completed her Level 1 General Insurance Licence and is excited to provide advice to our auto clients. Dana is looking forward to a bright future with Co-operators.

Del Watier

Del grew up on a farm near Pigeon Lake in central Alberta as the youngest of four kids. She spent many hours making friends with the gophers, beavers, badgers and various farm animals. After graduation it was time to leave the country and move on to city life in Edmonton and then Montreal. Marriage to Robert brought her back to Alberta and eventually to Rimbey where she started her career with Co-operators in 2000. In 2008 Del took a hiatus from insurance and they moved to Mazatlan, Mexico, where they spent 10 years enjoying the sun and lack of snow. In 2018, Del and Rob, along with their five, four-legged furry children, moved back to Canada. Del went back to the insurance world and Co-operators was the obvious choice.
Del specializes in auto insurance and is here to assist you with your insurance needs. When she isn’t working, you can find her with Cookie and Frankie on a walk, or curled up with Fritzie or Caillou, who have also made Alberta their home.

Julie Hebbes

Julie joined Co-operators in November of 2017 with the Stettler agency and later joined the team in Rocky Mountain House August of 2022 when she and her daughters relocated to the area. Julie brings her real-life experience to her role as our farm advisor. Julie and her daughters run their family farm outside of Rocky Mountain House. In Julie’s free time, she loves to camp, ride horses and spend time with her daughters. Julie is very active in the farming community and her main focus in the agency is meeting with our farm clientele to provide them with solutions to protect their farming needs.

Lindsey Naismith

Lindsey grew up in Bentley and later moved to Rocky Mountain House after meeting her husband Josh. Lindsey and Josh live on acreage outside of Rocky raising their two boys. Lindsey joined the team at Co-operators in Rocky Mountain House in 2016. In the summer you can find Lindsey either at the ball diamonds or at a lake. In the winter you can find her at a rink either playing hockey or at a bonspiel. Most importantly, she loves going on adventures with Josh and their two boys. She's a big believer in trying anything once and the good things twice. Lindsey specializes in personal lines where she helps her clients protect their home, farm, auto and travel needs.

Tai started out life on an ostrich farm just outside of Calgary. She moved to Rocky Mountain House when she was a teenager and fell in love with the area. After college, she spent a couple of years in Red Deer and came back to Rocky to raise her family. In 2020 Tai decided it was time for a career change and joined Co-operators where she specializes in business insurance and life insurance. Tai is working towards her Professional Financial Advisor designation. When Tai isn’t working, she can be found spending time with her two boys doing activities like karate or skipping rocks in the North Saskatchewan River, hiking, and camping in the west country.

Tawny hails originally from Edmonton and joined the Rocky community in the summer of 2010. Tawny enjoys camping and spending time with her two children and husband, Steve. Tawny enjoys volunteering in the community. She spent 22 years in the hospitality industry before transitioning to finance, and then finally landed a career with Co-operators in April 2022. Tawny specializes in providing our business clientele with solutions to fit their business needs. Tawny enjoys meeting with clients to discuss their savings goals for a rainy day, retirement or that special purchase. Tawny obtained her Life Insurance Licence in May of 2023.
