John graduated with a business degree from Concordia University in Montreal and began his career in insurance in 1984. After spending 10 successful years with a competitor, John was recruited to Co-operators in a sales management role where he worked closely with many financial advisors throughout Northern Ontario until 2001. John then moved his family to Bracebridge where he realized his goal of owning an insurance agency. John very much enjoys meeting with his clients. Heather Lebeau

Heather joined us at Co-operators in March of 2020, having previously worked in the banking industry. What a time it was for Heather to start a new career - just as the pandemic hit! But she persevered through the many delays and curveballs the pandemic threw her way. She brings a great deal of dedication and enthusiasm to her role as our social media liaison, as well as servicing our auto, home and business insurance clients. When she isn't working, you can find her outside hiking, biking or kayaking. Heather is also fluently bilingual, so if you prefer French, Heather would be more than happy to converse "en français" with you.

Lynn Miller
Associate Insurance Agent
Lynn started her career with Co-operators in 2011. She is an Associate Insurance Agent specializing in investments, as well as life, disability, and business insurance. She is currently working toward obtaining her CFP designation. Lynn has been a qualifying Summit Club recipient since she began her career 10 years ago.
Lynn is the oldest of five children and was raised on a dairy farm in Burks Falls. This helps explain her incredible work ethic and desire to do her best in protecting the needs of all her clients. When Lynn is not working, you can find her outdoors enjoying all that Muskoka has to offer, or at the hockey rink cheering on her children. Lynn is also a huge supporter of Camp Oochigeas, a camp for kids who have been affected by cancer.

Patty Learmont

Patty has held many roles within the Bracebridge Co-operators agency since 1996, and has been an Associate Insurance Agent for John Cleator since 2003. Always taking a client-centric approach to customer service, Patty takes pride in meeting your auto, home and business insurance needs in a professional and efficient manner. Patty is a Lady Shrine member, Muskoka branch, which supports the Shriners Hospital for Children.
