Andrea Pettipas

Associate Financial Advisor

Andrea joined our team in 2021 and has been actively working with our home and auto insurance clients. She is currently expanding her knowledge in all the lines of insurance we offer, so she is better able to protect our clients' needs now and into the future.

Andrea grew up with her family in Wainwright, and builds relationships with all her clients. She enjoys being active outdoors in all seasons and is a proud parent to her son.

Brenda Conkin

Associate Insurance Advisor

A graduate with a diploma in Business Administration – Management from Lakeland College, Brenda began her career representing Co-operators in 1994. She holds her Level 2 General Insurance Licence, specializing in farm and business insurance. Brenda was a recipient of the 2013 BRAVO Award, the highest level of recognition awarded to our employees.

She grew up on the family farm north of Edgerton, where she resides with her husband and teenage daughter. When not busy running her daughter around to extra-curricular activities, she is always willing to lend a helping hand in her community.

Volunteering in her community is something Brenda strongly believes in. Currently, she is a 30-year member and president of the Edgerton Royal Purple; board chair of the Edgerton Public Library; board member for her local church and pastoral charge; and a small animal project leader with the Edgerton 4-H Multi Club.

Michelle Fadden

Associate Insurance Advisor

Michelle started a new career with Co-operators in July 2023, after years of management positions in different industries. She currently has her Level 1 General Insurance Licence with plans to advance to Level 2 to expand her insurance skillset.

She has excellent customer service skills and looks forward to creating long-lasting professional relationships with all of our clients.
