Her current role finds her primarily focused on farm and business insurance, with farm being her absolute favorite line of business to work with! Charlyn holds a CAIB 1, CAIB 2 and a CAIB 3 designation and is working towards obtaining her life insurance license.
When she’s not at work, you can find Charlyn spending time with her family, reading, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, and shuttling her kids to their activities!

She specializes in commercial property and farm insurance and takes great pride in providing the kind of customer service that makes clients feel supported and cared for. With strong roots in the farming community. Karen grew up spending summers on her grandparents’ century farm, helping with chores and learning firsthand the values of hard work and resilience. That connection to agriculture continues to inspire her dedication to support farm families and businesses today. Outside of work, Karen is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers with a local autism group, a cause that is especially close to her heart as a mom to a son with autism. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll often find her at the rink playing or watching hockey or behind a camera capturing landscapes through photography.
