In addition to Barb’s broad agricultural expertise, she also brings an extensive knowledge of niche livestock operations-particularly alpacas- allowing her to support a wide range of unique and emerging farm businesses. Her firsthand understanding of the complexities and risks involved in farming allows her to deliver tailored insurance solutions that protect both the legacy and livelihood of farm families.
Whether working with multi-generational operations or new agricultural ventures, Barb’s goal is to support clients with knowledgeable, reliable and farm-focused advice-from the ground up.

Kate Cochrane is a Commercial Specialist with over 10 years of experience at Co-operators, where she is dedicated to helping business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build. With a strong understanding of business insurance solutions, Kate works closely with her clients to ensure they have the proper coverage in place—supporting not only their businesses, but the livelihoods those businesses provide for their families and communities.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors camping, boating and fishing. She is a proud supporter of her teens’ many sports activities and values making memories alongside her husband of 20 years.

Rebecca Hall
Associate Insurance Advisor II
She started working in a customer service role in 2004 for a large building supply company in Eastern Canada working with contractors. In 2016, she was introduced to the world of life insurance, group insurance, personal health/dental insurance and mutual funds.
In 2018, she moved to Fairview, AB. Where she worked for a local auto dealership for a short time. In 2019, after successfully passing the general insurance exam, she started working for Brian Sacchieri, the local Co-operators agent at the time. She has been trained in auto, home, farm and business policies.
Since 2024, she has become a specialist in farm and commercial. Rebecca enjoys the challenges of working with farmers and business owners large or small to make sure they are properly covered for any disaster.
Over the years, she has come to love the beauty to be found in the Peace Country.
