My name is Drew Collins, and I'm the Financial Advisor at our agency in Brandon, MB. I'm proud to represent Co-operators, an organization that combines a market-leading array of products with a true commitment to bettering the lives of their clients and the communities in which they reside. While I have personally had a diverse background in the insurance and financial services industry, working my way up from a front-line underwriting role to serving as an executive for one of the largest insurance services firms in the country, I have found my home here at Co-operators. I love working directly with clients to identify, communicate and effectively address the risks that they face at home or in business.

Ashley joined the agency in 2018, bringing over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. In her previous employment, she started out on the front lines of one of the largest banks in Canada and worked her way up to the role of Branch Manager. She brings a passion for the client experience – you can always count on Ashley to give you straightforward and honest advice.
Ashley was born and raised on her family's farm in Manitoba and is happy to be back in her old stomping grounds. Outside of work, Ashley keeps busy spending time with family and chasing after her two kids.

Karmel joined the agency in 2019 and supports our clients with their Life, Home, Auto and Travel insurance needs. When you visit our agency, you will be greeted by Karmel and her warm, bubbly personality. You can count on Karmel to work hard for you to ensure your needs are met. Karmel was raised on a family farm in Gilbert Plains. She watched her family work hard and values the dedication to agriculture her parents had, which she carries forward with her work in the insurance field. When Karmel is not at the office, she can be found all over the small towns in Westman on the ice playing hockey or spending time with her two fur children (dogs), Silver and Bradley.

Scott joined the agency in 2015 and supports our clients with their Business, Life, Home, Auto and Travel insurance needs. Scott's infectious laughter and positive attitude helps him connect with our clients on a personal level, ensuring everyone he works with receives the customized service they deserve.
Scott is a lifelong Bradonite, a proud graduate of BU and enjoys playing hockey in the winter and camping with his wife, Amanda, during the summer months.
