Dave began representing The Co-operators in 2004. He previously owned an independent adjusting firm that served several of the leading Canadian insurance companies. Dave's varied insurance background allows him a unique perspective into his clients' insurance needs. Dave was recognized as the Top National Community Guard Advisor for his efforts in providing insurance solutions to the non-profit sector. He was also recognized as the Top National Group Retirement Advisor, related to his role in offering financial retirement solutions to the non-profit and commercial sector. Dave was also honoured with a Paul Harris Fellowship by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, in recognition of his contribution to the work of Rotary, locally and abroad. He is past chair of the Oakville Charity Dragon Boat Festival, and is very active in supporting community initiatives. Dave resides in Oakville with his wife and son. He graduated from Carleton University in 1991, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in law and criminology.
