Growing up in Hawkesville and later moving to Elmira where she still resides, Esther enjoys small-town living. She feels a strong commitment to the Woolwich community and serves as a member of the Woolwich Community Lions Club.
With over 25 years in sales and service, Esther prides herself in building long-term relationships with her clients and providing them with personalized portfolios to meet their individual insurance and financial needs.

With a deep-rooted background in dairy and cash crop farming, Barb brings both personal experience and professional insight to her role as a Farm Specialist. She has been employed with Co-operators since 2022 where she has specialized in serving farm clients across Ontario and Nova Scotia.
In addition to Barb’s broad agricultural expertise, she also brings an extensive knowledge of niche livestock operations-particularly alpacas- allowing her to support a wide range of unique and emerging farm businesses. Her firsthand understanding of the complexities and risks involved in farming allows her to deliver tailored insurance solutions that protect both the legacy and livelihood of farm families.
Whether working with multi-generational operations or new agricultural ventures, Barb’s goal is to support clients with knowledgeable, reliable and farm-focused advice-from the ground up.

Beckett joined Co-operators in September 2025 as an Associate Insurance Agent specializing in farm insurance. He graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Business Insurance and holds his Other Than Life (OTL) Insurance Licence.
Having grown up in Palmerston, Beckett is local to the area and brings valuable insight into the agricultural community. With a strong understanding of the farm industry and growing experience in insurance, he is dedicated to supporting clients with reliable advice and providing solutions for their insurance needs.
In his spare time, Beckett enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting and following his favorite sports. He values community, connection and the opportunity to help others through his work.

Prayash Patel
Associate Insurance Agent
Originally from India, Prayash moved to Canada in 2019 as a student attending Loyalist College in Belleville where he completed his post graduation studies in Business Management. He moved to Waterloo in 2021 and started working in the insurance industry. He also worked in the Indian banking industry and has four years of experience with sales and customer service.
Prayash joined Co-operators in 2024. He enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients and takes pride in providing a positive client experience. He has completed his Other Than Life (OTL) Insurance Licence.
In his spare time, Prayash enjoys travelling, cooking, reading and exploring the local trails.

Renu grew up in south India and moved to the Waterloo area in 2012. She has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and believes in continuous learning and growth. Renu is focused on building relationships with our clients and addressing their home and auto insurance needs.
Renu is a busy mother of two beautiful children and loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys trying different cuisines, sewing and painting.
