As the Agency Owner and Lead Financial Advisor of Irons Financial Services Inc., I work closely with individuals, families and business owners to help them protect what matters most, grow their wealth and plan with confidence for the future.

My approach to financial planning is relationship-focused and holistic. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, values and circumstances so we can develop strategies that support long-term financial security, protection and growth. Whether we are reviewing insurance needs, investment planning, retirement strategies or business considerations, my role is to provide clear guidance and ongoing support.

Michelle Irwin joined Irons Financial Services Inc. in January 2023 and brings over 12 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the team.

She works closely with clients and colleagues alike, specializing in business insurance as well as home and auto coverage. Michelle is continuously growing her knowledge and is excited about expanding her background into life insurance this year.

Client Support Representative

Vicki has been with Irons Financial Services Inc. since July 2024 and is often the first point of contact at the agency, welcoming clients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they reach out.

As the Client Support Representative, Vicki assists with incoming calls, client inquiries, documentation and day‑to‑day administrative support. She works closely with our team to ensure clients are connected with the right team member and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Having lived in the area her entire life, Vicki has deep family roots in the community. Outside the office, she is an avid quilter and an active member of the local guild. She enjoys helping clients feel welcomed, supported and confident in their coverage.

Vicki is also a lifelong Co‑operators client, which gives her a unique appreciation for the care and service she strives to provide.
