This seasoned employee has held several positions in the Co-operators family. Currently working with the McRorie Insurance & Financial Services Ltd., in the commercial department. She brings a great wealth of knowledge, team spirit and growth mindset to the agency. Holly enjoys providing clients with options for commercial, life and investments, so clients can get advice to make a better decision for their future endeavours. Holly has a family of three and was a first time Nannie in March of this year (2025). When Holly is not providing solutions to clients, she can be found enjoying family time, going to community events, making memories with friends and being the best Nan to Baby Ronin.

Melissa has been with Co-operators since March 2019. She is the first face you see when you come in and the cheerful voice you hear when you call in. Melissa works as our receptionist and billing specialist, directing the flow of client requests for appointments and any other needs they may have. Melissa can be described as outgoing, friendly and organized. She creates a bright and inviting atmosphere our clients love.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her spouse and children. They all love some good competition in outdoor games. They also love to travel around the island to see what new spots they can find.

Riad is a Commercial Specialist with Co‑operators, he helps business owners understand their insurance needs and feel confident in the coverage they choose. Riad focuses on building strong relationships, communicating clearly and making sure every client receives support tailored to their unique operations and risks.
Outside of work, Riad is passionate about mixed martial arts, especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He trains regularly and enjoys competing whenever he can. Riad also loves lifting weights, reading and going on walks—habits that keep him grounded, disciplined and continuously striving to improving both personally and professionally.
