Welcome to the Co-operators agency office of Alan Pereira. Thank you for visiting our website. Alan immigrated to Canada several years ago and has been representing Co-operators ever since. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce and has also obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations.
Outside the office, Alan can often be found playing squash at one of Mississauga’s many community centres. He has a passion for music and enjoys practicing different instruments with his daughter. Alan is active in the community and participates in various community events, including the Clarkson Summer Festival, Bowling for Big Brothers and Sisters of Peel, and is on the membership committee of Wealth Business Network. He enjoys helping people build an insurance portfolio that meets their needs and looks forward to establishing long-term relationships. Brendan Quinn
Associate Insurance Agent I
Brendan is the newest team member at Pereira Insurance & Financial Services Inc., having just joined in 2023. His professional experience has always involved building relationships with people and providing exceptional service. Brendan also worked for a court-reporting firm that frequently handled a wide variety of insurance claims, which highlighted the importance of providing insureds with fulsome coverage that suits all of their unique needs. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Guelph University.
Outside of the office, Brendan can be found at a hockey rink, on a golf course, playing racquet sports, or snowboarding down a mountain. He’s always on the hunt for new recipes to try, fun songs to learn on guitar, or a good movie recommendation. He also enjoys board games, chess, and reading sci-fi books like Iain M. Banks’ Culture series.

Mona Pereira
Associate Insurance Agent
Mona has been working with Co-operators since 2002. In 2009 she decided to join her husband Alan and help grow the agency business. They have a solid partnership in and out of the workplace. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce, and is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu. Mona specializes in home, auto and life insurance.
Mona has spent her entire career in customer service and knows all too well the importance of outstanding service and the difference it can make to any business. She goes out of her way to help clients manage their insurance needs, and ensures that they are always well protected.
Outside the office, Mona spends most of her time bonding with her daughter Nishqa. She loves to paint and her artwork is prominently displayed all over her home. She has a passion for poker, good books, bridge, meditation, and karaoke.
