Robynn was born and raised in Saskatchewan and has lived in Swift Current since 1980. She is a proud mother of three unique and awesome boys and was awarded the heart-warming title of Grandma in May 2023 for which she's beyond grateful. She also has two dogs, Louie and Nova.
She joined the Co-operators Swift Current sales team February 1, 1993. As the agency owner and Senior Financial Advisor of this family-owned agency, Robynn took the reins from her father, Keith Pierce, after his 45 years with the company. She attended Great Plains College where she obtained her Office Administration certificate in 1992 and she currently holds a General Insurance Licence, Life Insurance Licence, Segregated Funds Certificate, Canadian Investment Funds Course certificate, and her QAFP™ (Qualified Associate Financial Planning) designation, which she obtained in February 2020.

She specializes in high-net-worth corporate farm and business estate planning, which includes estate equalization, maximization, retirement planning and tax mitigation strategies. In addition, she helps clients with their group RRSP and group benefits insurance needs
Hobbies
Robynn loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling, working out, cooking, baking, golfing, gardening and the outdoors.

Alex was born in Calgary, Alberta in 1999. His family has had roots in Swift Current since 1971. He arrived in Swift Current in 2002 and grew up here. In 2017, he moved to Saskatoon after graduating high school with honours to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. In 2021, Alex graduated from the U of S on the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing with a functioning minor in Economics. After university, he obtained his General Insurance Licence and worked in Property and Casualty insurance in Saskatoon until moving home and joining the Co-operators team as the Associate Financial Advisor in May 2022 where he became licensed in both life insurance and investments.
"My favourite part of my job is that we do not bill clients for meetings or their time; this leaves room for conversation and gives me the opportunity to really get to know the people that I work with (and also a few minutes to chat about football!). When you know somebody personally, you have a better understanding of what they want and it adds just a bit of extra motivation to help them hit their goals because we want to see them and their family succeed."
Outside of work, Alex has a big friendly dog named Rocko who he raised from a puppy. Alex played football, lacrosse and hockey in the community growing up. Alex has been coaching for the SCCHS Colts football team since 2022 and was named the Defensive Co-ordinator for the 2025 season. He also holds a position on the board with Swift Current Minor Football.
Speciality
Alex specializes in farm and business succession strategies, tax mitigation and helping young families with their insurance and investment needs. He is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and is excited about the value that will bring to both our existing and future clients.
Hobbies
When not at work or coaching football, Alex likes to spend time with his friends, family and dog. His favourite activities include watching sports and movies, reading, golfing and lifting weights.

Delaney Girodat
Associate Insurance Advisor II
Delaney grew up in Gull Lake. She graduated from Gull Lake School in 2014 and then attended the University of Regina where she graduated with a Bachelor of Human Justice degree in 2019. Delaney joined Robynn’s Insurance Financial Group Inc. in July 2024. She comes to us with five years of experience as an insurance advisor and a Level 2 General Insurance Licence.
Speciality
Delaney specializes in business insurance and also assists with farm, home and auto. She enjoys the diversity of business insurance as no two businesses are the same, so she is constantly learning new things. Meeting new clients, building long-term client relationships and taking on new challenges are a few of the things Delaney likes best about her job.
Hobbies
In her spare time, Delaney enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, reading a good book and she loves all things pop culture. She is an avid sports fan and has spent the last two years coaching Minor Girls Softball in the spring.

Kaity Pierce
Associate Insurance Advisor II
Kaitlin (Kaity) grew up in Swift Current. She graduated from the Comprehensive High School in 2016 before attending Great Plains College where she obtained her Administrative Assistant certificate.
With family members in the business, she knew about the industry from a young age and the learning opportunities that came along with it. She chose to pursue her career with the Co-operators agency in Swift Current because of the great clients she gets to work with and the community feel of it all.
Speciality
Kaity specializes in farm insurance and manages our farm portfolio although she is also licensed in business, home and auto. She started working with Co-operators in 2017 and has obtained her Level 2 Insurance Licence.
Hobbies
Kaity is a member of and volunteers for the Swift Current Wildlife Federation. Some of her hobbies include hunting, travelling, camping and spending time outdoors with friends, family and her chocolate lab, Remi. She also has two cats named Cash and Link. So, as you can imagine, when she is not busy at the office helping our farmers with their insurance, she is spending time with her three fur babies.

Kimberley Pierce
Associate Insurance Advisor II
Kim was born in Elrose, SK and her family moved to Swift Current in 1980.
She is an Associate Insurance Advisor and our home and auto insurance portfolio manager. Kim specializes in home, auto, travel and health insurance and assists with farm insurance. She is willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Some of Kim’s proudest accomplishments include being a mom, graduating from high school, being promoted from assistant manager to manager of a retail store, and obtaining her General Insurance Licence.
In her spare time, Kim volunteers for the Swift Current 57s baseball team; her family billets one of the players and they have become like family. Some of the other volunteer work she does includes the Windscape Festival, the Summer Games, the Swift Current Female Hockey Extravaganza, and the CCA Rodeo just to name a few. Her hobbies include spending time with her fur babies and family and friends, going for walks and golfing.

Sarah Gross
Associate Insurance Advisor II
Sarah was born and raised in Swift Current. She graduated from SCCHS in 2009 and obtained her Administrative Assistant Certificate from Great Plains College in 2015. She joined the Robynn’s Insurance Financial Group Inc. team in April 2023 and obtained her General Insurance Licence a few months later. Sarah successfully completed the Sandler Essential Certification in October 2024. Sarah and her husband have two children and are expecting another child this year. Sarah is very involved in her children’s activities when she is not at work. She is a leader with Girl Guides and coaches Swift Current Minor Lacrosse. Sarah enjoys volunteering and being involved in the community. She is the secretary/treasurer with Canadian Mental Health Association Swift Current Branch.
Speciality
Sarah specializes in business and farm insurance. Her favourite parts of her job are meeting new clients, learning about Co-operators innovative coverage and fostering long-term client relationships. Working collaboratively to find the right solutions for our clients insurance needs is always Sarah’s goal.
Hobbies
When Sarah and her family have a chance to relax, they can be found riding snowmobiles during the winter and spending summer days out on the boat.
