Jeremy has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and with Co-operators since 2000. He joined the agency as a Customer Service Representative in 2000, moving into an Associate Agent role in 2005 and then purchasing the agency in January 2011. Jeremy holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, and focuses primarily in the areas of business insurance, life insurance and Investments.

Jeremy has worked hard to build an exceptional team in an agency that can help to meet your insurance and investment needs. Each team member specializes in one or two lines of business, so you know that you're getting the best possible advice when you call our office.

When Jeremy isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing disc golf and renovating his 1920's home.

Caroline Abbott

Caroline joined the office in 2009 and hasn’t looked back since (okay, that’s not exactly true: she briefly considered a career in camel-racing). Each morning, her head bounces off the pillow and she skips out the door, eagerly awaiting another day full of insurance sales, helping clients and amusing her co-workers. One of her favorite aspects of the job is the “Our clients are what give my job significance – being able to help a client understand their policy and coverage or helping someone through the claims process – these moments are what I enjoy most about my job. I appreciate working for a company that values integrity and I look forward to helping many more clients for years to come.” When not insurance-ing, Caroline can be found at home in her garden, driving her vintage Honda Civic or horseback riding. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and community and enjoys volunteering at her local church in her spare time.

Scott Rosom

Scott joined our team in 2024. After spending 10 years as a missionary in rural Manitoba, he learned the value of listening to people's needs. Along with his experience as a salesman of wholesale foods to supermarkets, he understands the importance of truly understanding his clients in order to offer the best product possible. Every morning, he is excited to serve his clients to the best of his ability. He is excitable, engaging and believes in taking as much time as necessary as possible with his customers to make sure he understands their needs. “While selling food products was helpful, it wasn't something that offered significant value. My role at Co-operators allows me to provide products of real substance and value that bring security and freedom to our clients so they can enjoy life free from worry.”
