Tom started his insurance career representing Co-operators in 1991 in his hometown of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Tom has held various roles within the organization, including Nova Scotia Claims Supervisor, and is also a past member of the Canadian Claims Manager Association. In April 2008, Tom assumed ownership of the Sydney office.
