Tracy is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where her team feels valued and motivated each day. She is deeply passionate about her clients and community and actively supports a range of charitable organizations, events and initiatives.

As a small business owner, she takes great pride in her agency and in the financial security she and her team provide to the communities they serve. Tracy resides in Bathurst, NB, and is the proud mother of two successful adult sons.

Chantal Cormier is an Associate Insurance Advisor , with over nine years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career with Co-operators in 2015 working in the Agency Contact Center. After returning to her family home in North Tetagouche, NB, she joined our team in April of 2022.

Chantal enjoys the meaningful work and community involvement that the Co-operators brand stands for and is passionate when is comes to assisting clients with their home, auto and business needs. To expand on her insurance knowledge, she works closely with her colleagues to continue development, growth. She recently completed her business training, working towards becoming specialized to provide the best advise-based knowledge and service to clients.

In her pastime, Chantal loves spending time with her family and friends and spends many weekends during the summer months exploring and camping with her spouse and 12-year-old son, Alexander. In winter, you can find her exploring the ATV trails in and around the Chaleur region

Despite being only 25 years old, she has quickly become recognized as a dependable professional within the insurance field. Her dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement drives her commitment to delivering excellent service and tailored solutions to clients .

Outside of her professional life, Chloe enjoys a wide range of activities including movies, shows, history, travel and art. These interests contribute to her broad perspective and curiosity about the world. She approaches new challenges with enthusiasm and aims to grow both personally and professionally through every opportunity she encounters.

Debbie Daigle

Debbie has tremendous knowledge of the insurance industry, having worked with Co-operators for 44 years. She began her career as a service representative and worked in sales before advancing into several roles, including sales, claims and management. She oversaw over 82 staff as the Atlantic supervisor. Debbie has also received the Bravo Award for Excellent Customer Service and holds the Chartered Insurance Professional designation, as well as Life and General licences.

Under her leadership, numerous strategic initiatives have been completed while navigating the many opportunities and challenges. Customer service is always at the forefront of her interactions with everyone she meets. Debbie always promotes the Co-operators' foundational values of putting customers first and protecting families and their financial needs. Reflecting on her career, Debbie shared, “I joined Co-operators early in my career, and what an incredible journey it has been!

Erika was born and raised in Paquetville and brings a strong sense of community and dedication to her role. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is known for being approachable, solution‑focused and empathetic in every interaction.

Commercial Specialist

Fayçal Sabri is a Commercial Specialist with a diploma in property and casualty insurance from CCNB in Dieppe, New Brunswick, with several years of experience in the insurance industry. He is currently working to obtain the LLQP, life licence designation.

Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Fayçal is committed to providing personalized and reliable service by understanding the unique needs of clients.

Outside of work, Fayçal is active in the community as a soccer coach at the high school and club levels, contributing to youth teams reaching provincial finals and winning championships, demonstrating dedication to teamwork and development both on and off the field.

Michelle Gourgon

Office Co-ordinator

With more than twenty years of experience in healthcare, Michelle made a significant career shift in July 2022 to become a Client Support Representative at a Co-operators office in Embrun, Ontario. Inspired by the mission and values of the organization, she later moved to Bathurst to join the Tracy Grant Insurance Services team, as Office Co-ordinator.

Michelle prioritizes client satisfaction and skillfully connects clients with the right associate or advisor for their needs. She has quickly adapted to her new role and looks forward to supporting clients in both French and English.

In her personal life, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and is enthusiastic about taking part in outdoor sports throughout the region.

Her commitment and outstanding service were recognized with the 2024 Bravo Award, an honour given to those who consistently motivate others and truly contribute to the organization, its members and clients.
